Stabbing lights..

I really, really, hate those superbright white car lights.
They feel like stilettos rammed into my eyeballs, especially when oncoming.

Are they really safer?

I sure don't think so, being blinded by a set of those almost caused an accident. Keeping in mind my car is a small one and most of those lights are installed in BIG SUV's... so that's TWO strikes against.
