Very nice, Guyz...5-2 Win!

Aeros win with 5 goals, Marlies have 2.

NO pasaran worked ?? Or maybe the stirring music...;-)!

Roughing and fighting started the game off at a violent pace. BUT, The Scrapper, Daoust, got the 1. goal with Smith, The Streak and Ironman Noreau. It was a Power Play Goal. In the 2. period Kassian got goal 2, later Smith, with Milroy, 'King Duncan'and "Frisky" Gillies made it 3, and a minute plus later Smith got goal 4 with "Testy" J.P.Testwuide and Noreau. Now it would have been so nice IF the next paly for Smith had ended with a3. goal=Hattrik, but it was not to be.And at 17:19 in the Third "Testy" with "Irms" Irmen made goal 5, that was even a short handed goal. "Doobie" stopped 30 of 32. The Marlies changed goalies between them they stopped 19. One Marlies went out obviously injured, no blood as we could see. Smith got game misconduct, and several other penalties were called on both teams. Aeros 1/10 PP. Marlies goals r.1 by Scott,Giliati (not gelatti (:-D) and Mikus, the goal Nr. 2 was by Calder (may he be related to the Calder cup guy?(:-D) with Mikus and Deveaux. Fast paced game, Marlies very aggressive but could not convert any of their powerplays. Referee was Ian Croft and, he, to, joined various skaters in being dumped onto the ice. Seemed ice was a bit soft, several skaters skidded or tripped by themselves and some made some spectacular saves from prone positions!Anyway, IT WAS a fun and fast game to watch. By an almost full house of boy scouts and families. Me, I just rather not have the Air Guitar segment.. it is always way too loud even with plugs in my ears -and I do come prepared. LOL.

Good show.

Now Anton and Maxim are off to play in the AHL ALL STAR CLASSIC Monday and Tuesday, albeit on opposite sides. Keeping all fingers crossed...which side one roots for doesn't matter the AEROS will get kudos for the winning participant-an Aeros!

So if Smith had 1 goal, 1 assist and 1 fight all in 1 game it would have been a Gordon Howe G+Hat trick?

Made a big mistake in typing-so removed the response to anons comment. Typos must be catching ;-).
Yes, Gordon Howe hat trick consists of 1 goal, 1 assist and 1 fight in 1 game...had to look that up, and I also found that he did not have too many of them, despite his reputation.
