Just for the h... of it

Just to pass the time..I did some calculating comparing this year's Aeros to last year's Aeros in age:
not too surprised to find that the 09/10 Aeros average age is closer to 26, while last year's was a bit below 22!
Veterans..as I mentioned several times..;-). For what these musings are worth. LOL
Also noticed that many more games end in OT or SO than before.
Must be the NEW rules.. no more endless Overtimes.

The way the European teams dress their players borders on the absurd.. so much advertising one can barely make out team colors, numbers and names of the players...

looking at THAT goalie outfit could cause some BIG misses... LOL

And yes, I finally did it, joined Facebook! Well, one has to be adventurous or one gets stale. How much time I can dedicate to THAT -that IS the question, what with volunteering for various opera companies, travel and favorite pastime=READING, actually reading a book and Not on kindle! We have already scheduled several more short hops to San Antonio for games there incl. Aeros vs Rampage. A two nighter to Austin Lyric Opera for "THE STAR" one night with a "Texas Stars Game" the next, then back to Houston for "Tosca"at HGO that afternoon! Hectic, what.. but FUN, FUN!

And NO air travel - which with the NEW preventions will became a real torture even BEFORE getting ON a plane. I can just hear some of the 'snide' or other remarks by operators of the whole body scan machines....;-)...:-D. Phew!!!
After all, few of us are luscious like her! Or hunks like him :-)!
