on this rainy morning that seems so......what.....normal, I guess. Laundry staring me in the face, errands to run, car to be checked over, aquarobics to keep mind and body together (some glue wouldn't hurt either!) , letter writing, emailing, and the usual..cooking, washing dishes, mending.. that a normal - sigh - day holds for retirees!
Well, it might be good conditioning for what lies ahead!
A late spring and summer without hockey, and limited opera.
But there will always be books to shut out the dreaded 'drear'! Music to be played-Mozart in particular.
This music always cheers me up..something enchanting about it that flows from it right into heart and soul.
And then there are those visits to Musea to feast eyes on art of all kinds..paintings, sculptures, photos and more, plus 'installations' ( really I dislike that expression... so Leggo.. so building block ;-)!)
Trips to enjoy! Catching up with old friends and making new ones.
Sharing memories. ...LIFE still is wunderbar! If one let it be so!
