Veterans Day - USA
Remembrance Day - Canada.
It is sad that this day is marred by continuous wars somewhere in the world (semantics- ahem - police actions?) or violent protests.
History must be taught at all times lest we forget the suffering which went on before. Could it have been prevented? If ....see below
