photos AND 1.1.11

Coincidence or not.
Aeros win once more with 4!
On 1.1.11 which, if you add all the ones, comes to 4!
Ah well, just thought I'd toss THAT out here.
Some people ARE too superstitious!

Let the show go on.
Bikini gals flanked by escorts to help them walk on their stilettos - ice is so slippery, eh girls?

And now those pics as promised with MY annotations.. to chuckle over or not! That is up to you, chers readers.
Rampage on Defense any which way. :-)
Hackett whispering goaliedom secrets, perhaps, to Drew Bagnall?

NOW that IS defense: 5 Aeros all at one time!

Peters, good at face offs !

Hockey Pas De Deux :-) Tango?!

"Glove safe"-yes, the puck stops right in there

Puck's batted away.. find it on the ice (above Hackett's helmet)

Pray guys, not just yet!

Ah, yes, that was easy :-)!

En guarde, mes enfants!

A Hard save by Montoya

Break it up, guys, enough already. You proved your point, Nr. 12!

Peters getting ready?

a VERY active moment in AEROS hockey :-)

Rau in action coming from the right, Montoya occupied to his left

Who'll get THAT puck?

Incarnated Rampage Ortmeyer as Aeros Nr.22
Montoya poised with eyes on game
 Isn't over yet?

A puck in glove is a puck saved!

Get away from me, you goon!

Bucky shoving his foe, Prosser covering his in penalty killing mode,

And that's all for now, folks.
Enjoy a few days off, until the Monsters come to Town.

What camera are you using, if I may ask?

Well, it's just a little point'n shoot - kind of an oldie already - digital Olympus Fe360 with 8 mega pixels, and telephoto capability with 3x zoom. That's all.
I used to have an OLD Olympus (film type where I had to manually set focus, opening, timing etc. and shlep along extra rings, telephoto lens, etc. it could take Black and White, later color pictures).. that ONE would certainly NOT pass through security..it weighted a lot, was bulky and needed a camera bag.

Thank goodness for digitals!
They are the Camera Shooting 101 ... tee hee!

Most arenas will not permit anything much larger, unless you have special credentials to roam at all levels.
I ususally sit in the audience, point and shoot... at hockey games and opera dress rehearsals, if permitted.
Art Museums limit photos to no flash, and only in their permanent collections.. so one IS limited without all those fancy accoutrements professional picture takers can apply to enhance their products.
Thank you for your comments over time!
