The one piece that really struck a chord was" Forever (blank)Matter by Diana Al-Hadid. Reminded me of the Biblical Tower of Babel in beige..that bland color. Born in Aleppo, she was raised in Cleveland and now resides in Brooklyn.
Iva Gueorguieva, born in Bulgaria, lives in Los Angeles, uses her forms and colors wildly and on a large scale. All is seemingly always in flux, nothing is static, nothing is real, her world is invented , full of riotous colors and emotions.
The third artist is Houston based Robyn O'Neil, some of you may have seen her works when she had a solo exhibition at the Houston Museum of Contemporary Art. She concentrates on black-white large scale drawings, a world where humans have become out of tune with earth, sky and water and where space has become boundless
